This blog is part of a series about the catalogue used by The Technical Library. Blogs will include information about who can access the catalogue and how to search it.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Navigate to The Technical Library\u2019s website \u2013 www.techlibrary.co.za<\/a> and click on the Library Catalogue Link on the Home Page. The screen will prompt you for your User ID and submit, and then for your password and submit.\u00a0 See a previous blog to find out how become a member of The Technical Library and obtain login details.<\/p>\n

How to submit a request<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Request directly one at a time<\/u>\n
      \n
    1. by clicking on red arrow on LHS and submitting<\/li>\n
    2. from full bibliographic record – Reserve\/Request at the bottom of the record<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Selection from hit list \u2013 one at a time or select all \u2013 tick in square box next to number<\/u>\n
        \n
      1. View selection<\/li>\n
      2. Email citations<\/li>\n
      3. Send to yourself or to Luke (luke@techlibrary.co.za<\/a>)<\/li>\n
      4. NB enter your email address so that Luke can identify who sent the request.<\/li>\n
      5. Return to hit list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Using the basket<\/u>\n
            \n
          1. Click on green arrow on RHS<\/li>\n
          2. Basket appears on top of screen<\/li>\n
          3. Open basket<\/li>\n
          4. View selection<\/li>\n
          5. Email citations<\/li>\n
          6. Send to yourself or to Luke (luke@techlibrary.co.za<\/a>)<\/li>\n
          7. NB enter your email address so that Luke can identify who sent the request<\/li>\n
          8. Click on basket toggle to empty basket<\/li>\n
          9. Click on back arrow<\/u> to return to hit list.<\/li>\n
          10. To reopen basket click on any green arrow on the RHS.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
